Bad customer service and poor upgrade deal

Cruise this coming July 2019 in Barcelona is becoming a disaster. The upgrade bid program Royal Caribbean offers to the customer is an inferior ultimate bad deal. Our original stateroom is interior room but in the lower deck and in the middle of the ship which we chose to lessen my vertigo episode. The so called upgrade bid put us on upper deck and towards the back of the ship (the AFT) that is bad for motion sickness. We called RC and customer service was so bad. Did not even try hard to satisfy the customer and was just so unsympathetic and unaccommodating, the supervisor and the front line that took the call. I love cruising and been loyal with Royal Caribbean for many years. It might be time to venture to other cruise ship. might get a better treatment. Thank you. The unhappy loyal guest
