Bad Customer Service and Interface

Used the automated service and online system, but they were unable to verify my information. At one point, the automated system hung up on me for no reason. Customer service tried to be friendly, but their process is inconvenient and outdated. They do not accept electronic scans, which would speed the process up considerably. The free credit report on their website is not easy to find and can be misleading in terms of what is being offered. If there was a better credit bureau, I would use it in a heartbeat. User's recommendation: If you could use a different credit bureau, please do so.
