Bad customer service and dirty facility in Brandon

This place is disgusting! Dirty bathrooms and pool area. The staff barely looks up when you walk in or ignores you like you are a bother. They are rude when you try to cancel. They tried to charge me $60 for a membership that is $37.44 and it's not even worth that. Trainer told me I was gonna break the machine and didnt offer to help me.
