Update by user Jun 18, 2020 i wanted to update my complaint that i had initially requested a reschedule which they honored but then trying to schedule it again went to the dogs! Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2020 Purchased a dresser with their so called Bobtastic white glove delivery and got nothing even close to "Tastic"! more like failtastic! Their stores don't answer the phone calls and you're directed to their call center which is so overwhelmed it puts you in a 60+ person queue that takes 1-2 hours to answer, pretty pathetic for a response time by any measure. i got quicker thru to a government office than i did with mr Bobtastic! 2 weeks and my furniture is nowhere to be found. they told me they attempted delivery which means they called me in the middle of the day to my home number where no one was home instead of my cell phone and gave me no lead time to meet them so they left and never came back. their delivery service utterly and pathetically refused to reschedule and threw me back into the awful call center queue for another round of hours of waiting and calls. finally requested a refund and instead of the person i got thru to processing it they threw it back to their store and i had to wait for a call from their "store" whom never called me so thankfully i had paid them thru Paypal and had to threaten them of a paypal case to which they finally responded and instead of fixing it they just refunded the purchase. guess they don't need my business and rather run away than deal with it. So Bob! Screw you... you are no Bobtastic and a total failure.. moving on... User's recommendation: Find your furniture at a better run and reputable store.
