Bad customer help bad E ciggarette

I received my starter pack, It did not include a way to charge it. can not charge it with only a wall adapter. I emailed you several times asking for that part. I constantly was told it was on back order.m I never got it. When I was able to purchase the part and try the E cigarette I found problems with it. It leaks the liquid out and running down the tank. I cannot user it because of that. Due to that I haven't been able to use it even once.I'm very dissatisfied with the product and customer care. I would appreciate it if your company would stand behind the product you sell and also make it right when you're e cigarette is no good and the starter kt is incomplete.
