Bad customer care

I ordered to come to my house and all I had was cash, and they would not take it due to Covid-19 but said that they could take credit card or check. I am very disappointed with this. If cash can't be taken cause of coming from a bank you tell me why you can take credit cards or check when they come from a bank as well.
