The mostly women at the reception desk barley look at you, let alone greet you when walk in the door. Not at all personable. or friendly. Its awful. I have worked is customer service for many years, and we would go out of our way to accommodate a customer, especially when everyone would benefit. Frankly, if i had treated my companies customers the way these employees treat the customers in the Boca office, i would have been fired. I am not sure why the owners have no problem with the staff being so unfriendly. At this point I am done with what i want to say, but in order to get this review posted, i have to write a minimum amount of words which is also absurd.
