Bad costumer service

They locked my card and made me order a new card instead of just blocking the merchant. Now I can’t get paid from work for a week. I clearly asked them to block a merchant but they did what they wanted and now I’m waiting a week to get my new card. I will be closing my account with them soon. User's recommendation: Be careful.
