I have submitted tickets to get glitches fixed on my Battle pirates account.I have spent good money on this game and it makes no difference .i still get no help.Its got to the stage I can't progress till glitches are fixed. User's recommendation: Don't even bother signing up the company used to be actively sorting out glitches but now you don't even know if anyone is there.
