Bad Company Policies and No Customer Service

I ordered replacement cameras direct from Q-See. I received the wrong cameras. Not even the same camera system. I attempted to contact Customer Service via telephone and the number is disconnected. I have been instructed that I will have to pay the shipping fee to return the wrong cameras. I attempted to contact the company via email and have been passed from department to department who all blame someone else. My recommendation is to invest in another camera system. User's recommendation: Buy another camera system.
