Were are a small dental business that would go hours without phones ringing. Settings would just get changed without us changing the. HUGE communication barrier between us and techs making solving problems long. Techs would change other settings without telling us to fix one problem that would cause other problems. Calls would ring on not all phones Calls would transfer to the wrong # There were whole days where the phones would not ring or work. Calls would come through on Ring Central showing they were missed phone calls but they would not actually ring on our phones at all. The Tech would argue with me, cause on their end it looked like it worked, but the call wasn't coming thru. They would say that we would have to monitor it, but we already spent that whole day without a phone to assist our patients. In the end, we were over promised and under delievered. Make sure you get excellent training. And if it isn't working for you right away, don't wait to dump them. After 30 days, you will need a surgical excision to remove them from taking your money.
