i applied for a Reverse Mortgage Loan with Live Well Financial. After the initial information was exchanged, I was told that i had qualified the financing. i was set up with a representative to come to my house to sign the application. i waited for 2 hours and he was a no show. i call my contact, Kareem to let him know. He apologized and rescheduled for the following week. Again, i waited and another no show. i called and let Kareem know that i had wasted not one but two days of my time. i again rescheduled and this time he did show up and i signed the required papers and wrote him a check for the amount required. Next was the counselling that i was required. Again, i fullfilled this requirement and made another payment for this. Next i had my house appraised by their person. After all was done, i am then informed that i didn't meet the requirements and i will admit, and also i informed Kareem tbat i was late in paying my taxes on the property. I am out the money on the appraiser, the councelling fee, and the loan person that came to my house for signature. I've called 2 days in a row and left a message for Kareem to call me to let him know that i took care of my taxes but he won't or hasn't returned my calls. Guess i'll find another Financial Institution. Not a good company! Look elsewhere!
