Very frustrating experience.. Bought home with builder in construction phase. Half of things that were shown as standard are now not being put in and when asked we are told it was not part of plan and it will be extra to add it. Really poor experience with this builder. User's recommendation: If buying, make sure each thing, even single electric point or recessed light are confirmed in contract.
