We were going to purchase a building from these people in windsor virginia. We gave them a deposit of 980.00 with the understanding our deposit would be returned if we could not get the necessary permits plus survey. We were denied the permit due to survey. Called them to let them know we could not get proper permits. They would not return our deposit. Please be aware of this company. Bad business practices.
