I purchased a groupon to use at AMF. I looked it up and location was open. One week after I purchased it all AMF locations I could go to were closed down because of covid. I reached out to groupon to see if I could use the $72 I spent elsewhere. They said it was non refundable and to call AMF. I was only able to email them. And AMF told me that I could only use what I the purchasing price was at the AMF location after the covid is over and that they would not accept the groupons afterwards. The whole reason I buy groupons is because its expensive to take all my grand kids bowling. I cant afford to do it otherwise. I just basically lost 72 and they do not care that I am losing this money because of this darn covid. And here is the topper I am still getting advertisements that they are still selling this groupon even though the locations are closed and they cannot be used. That is stealing. I normally love AMF I take my grand kids there all the time. My kids and I have spent quite a bit of money there. But I wont be going there again if this is not rectified.
