Bad business and very shady

I canceled my subscription the day I got my score. 7 days later I’m charged 39.90 then call and am told that I agreed to it and I didn’t. They said they would refund my money but, the website states after 14 days you will be charged. This company needs to be shut down. They are stealing from people. I’m calling the BBB and reporting for fraud.
