Bad batteries

I purchase these batteries for my colchear implant hearing aids Finally arrived I use two in the pack five minutes they went out try another different pack same thing happen again. I call twice voice mail is full left two emails nothing this is sad I needed some batteries. User's recommendation: Don't purchase from this company.
