Bad batteries can’t get a refund

This is my second marine battery that I bought for my boat first one not being any good wouldn't take a charge to the second one not even having any charge and not taking a charge I want my money back but don't know how to go about doing it Walmart won't take my battery back even though it was them that sold it to me
