Bad bad bad customer service

Years and years of bad service. Years ago they would not or could not give tracking numbers. They would say "it shipped". When in fact it had not. Now they give tracking numbers. Listening to Dexcom advertisements (G6! G6! G6!!) on hold (they finally gave that up). Taking DAYS and sometimes WEEKS to verify insurance information. This is still happening and is happening to me now. Sometimes I've had to just give up and pay for it out of pocket. Hours and hours and hours total spent on the phone with these clowns over the years. OMG. They have a script and they are sticking to it. It seems like you're talking to a bot. The ONLY thing they have going for it is an accurate sensor.
