Not only did they not deliver first lot of tiles on the time as agreed, but they didn't order the second lot of extra tiles that I requested (and paid for) despite them promising to do so. When enquiries were made about it afterwards, the manager of the store seemed to think it was acceptable to lie, not offer an apology, verbally abuse me and hang up on me whilst on the phone in mid conversation showing a truly disgraceful display of unprofessional and offensive behaviour. I had suffered extremely poor service from them and would STRONGLY recommend others to stay clear. I truly regret ever dealing with them.
