I won’t say this is my last time flight Alaska airline, but I’d like say if I have another choice I definitely not choose Alaska airline anymore. They are never do any help even the false because of them. They just told you go to asking customer service, that’s it. How great service they are, I would like to recommend robot to Alaska airline, this is could save a lots of money for customer service and boarding pass assistants.
