Bad and rude service

13.3.18 Gdex called at 5.30pm saying they fail to deliver my order since nobody at home on 5.3.18 I told them to deliver again because lazada policy is 3 times delivery attempt. but they refuse saying that the holding period is over. The snobbish lady ask me in a very rude way 'Now you want to come and collect or I send it back to lazada' I ask them, why you did not call me from 5.3.18 to 12.3.18, why wait until the holding period is over. She said she they did msg and email on 5.3.18. I check my hp on the spot but none. I ask for evidence, can not give, can not check system. Then you said msg, email base in what.? BASE ON VERBAL REPORT BY THEIR DESPATH. WELL DONE.. Now they are doing reversed service by saving their manpower. We (consumer who pay for delivery setvice) are forced to do a despatch work for them
