BAD and I was scared for my safety

I went to pick n pull in Hammond Indiana Friday. Pulled in the wrong parking alot. The security guard basically threatened to kill me. At 10 in the morning. Bad customer service to say the least. All she had to do was tell me I pulled in the wrong lot. Who hires these people?
