I was told that this company was going to fix my router problem and come to find out that they put a virus in the system and I had to go to another company to get it fixed and secured. None of the devices were secured! I want my money back that was taken from me for the total amount of $149 and the amount that I have/had to pay for the new company to come in and put in a monitoring system and all the security programs to the tune of $535.00. I will be going to my bank to talk to them about getting my money back from Softcrux Solutions.
