For the last 2 months, I am trying to change the areas that I advertise with Angies. My account manager pulls this and in the office, everyone says that only he can deal with that and I have to learn to work with him. I tried to set up deals and that is for the last 4 months ( after 1 month I lost any hope that he will do anything). Every time manager will call and no one does. User's recommendation: Make sure that you can change an acount manager.
