At 14 September 2021 evening around 5.20pm to 5.45 pm i have seen that the manager of samanthurai cargilles food city hand overed a box(36× 400)g of anchor milk powder to one person after that i enterd inside the outlet and requsted a packet of milk powder with some other goods.the manager refused to give the milk powder .he thinks his father owns food city. I have been a loyalty customer for past 7 years in this outlet.this period of time these managers get bribe and handing over the crucial goods to his wanted person. You can check this event through your outlet CCTV camera. Take necessary action agains this rude manager in charge.
