I found the Fetchr call Centre operator to be extremely unhelpful. Every landmark I gave as requested by her, were disregarded because apparently she could not find it on google maps. This included the main road crossings. When I resorted to give her the GPS coordinates I was surprised to find out that she had no idea what GPS coordinates is, nor it's application in commercial industries. When I tried to get her details she simply hung up on me. Fetchr as a company should update their systems to be able to recognize GPS systems and technology, and/or train their staff to be more up to date with current practices and procedures. Telephone etiquette will also go a lot further if they wish to continue building their company.
