Back order for 2 months. Terrible customer service

Order number 2707****. I ordered on 7/6 and it still has not been received. It was originally scheduled to be delivered a week later when I was called and advised it was on back order and should be 2 weeks. I have spent hours on the phone with customer sensitive and chat only to be disrespected and hung up on and unnecessarily transferred to lines that kept me on hold or hung up. Im sick of these people with no empathy and no information. I called a couple of weeks ago and they supposedly called the manufacturer who said the beginning of September. Its the beginning of September. What if going on
