Back in feb i fell for the scam as they advertised on Instagram that is was a skin line by Joanna Gaines. I ordered my “FREE” sample and since then my account was charged 88 and 89 4 times!
This happened back in February and when I first noticed I called them and after a LONG argument they re-imbursed me the $88 and $89 charge. However, since then I noticed i had a bunch of $4.95 charges from may to late august!! AND ANOTHER $88 and $89 charge in March that I had missed!! I called customer service today and they said I had signed up for some company that sales LEGGINGS!! What the heck!! She said they could reimburse me for only 4 of the $4.95 charges. The other gentlemen that I talked to minutes prior, said they see I did cancel back in Feb and that they would reimburse me of all the $4.95 charges. This makes no sense and so inconsistent and totally Fraud by even attaching Joanna Gaines name to the advertisement to begin with. So basically at this point I am out a total of $222
