Babybullet.com can retrieve credit card info after you cancel

Update by user Jul 15, 2013 I had no choice but to accept delivery because you need to call for a confirmation of return number. If you do not get this number, you do not get a refund even if you return it. I was also told that I only had 6 days to return it. If not received in that time period, you do not get a refund. I was also told that it would take more than 6 days to be returned to them so I would have to "prove" I returned it within the time frame, or once again, I would not get a refund. In order to get proof from the post office, I had to purchase insurance at a cost of $19.20. Baby Bullet has a questionable inline system so do not enter any information! I feel that they put you so much to return it (you also lose your shipping charges) that they just are forcing you to keep their product. Go to Target, Toys R Us, anywhere but do not purchase directly from them. Original review posted by user Jun 11, 2013 I went on to www.babybullet to place an order for their product. It was the best base price and you got more than others. Once I seen that their shipping was $29.83 (you don't get it until after you enter your card info) I canceled the order. Two days later I received a notification from my credit card company that a charge has been submitted to my card (a feature I have for online purchases). I tired to call the company immediately, they were closed. Called on Monday and after a long wait, they said they had no order for me. Still questioning how they could retrieve my credit card information after I canceled off their order screen, I sent an email. I have now been told that it is too late to cancel my order (the one they said they did not have). Was also told that it cannot be canceled once you "accept" online (which I did not). Now I have to wait and return something they still say (after saying it was shipped) they do not have a record of. I have filed a dispute with my credit card (did that as soon as they notified me of the charge). I still have received no notification or confirmation of my suppose to be order, which they say they do not have. ??? If you do not have a notification system on your credit card usage, you should do it now! That is the only way I knew that babybullet.com had retrieved and used my card.
