I placed an on-line order from Baby Genius for a Christmas gift for my grandchild on Nov. 29. I received an e-mail from Baby Genius dated Dec. 1 that said I would receive the item within 14-20 days. I thought that was a long time to send a set of CD's but as long as it arrived before Christmas, no problem. Then on 12-21-11 I received another e-mail from Baby Genius that it would be AN ADDITIONAL 14-20 days for receipt of my order. I immediately tried to contact several sources at Baby Genius but have received no replies. I should think ordering an item on Nov. 29 for delivery by Dec. 25 is not an unreasonable expectation. Looks like Baby Genius needs a minimum of 40 days to deliver orders. I certainly won't be ordering from this company again.
