B + S is exactly that !! They actually have zero humans that you can speak with. They are a lousy, uncommunicative company! The need to be replaced by Honda or see other decent company like Honda !

I'VE TRIED TO GET INFO ON ONE OF THEIR PARTS. IT WAS A RUBBER BUTTON USED TO PRIME THE ENGINE -> BUT HOW *** STUPID WAS THAT !!!?? PUTTING A RUBBER PART IN CONTACT WITH GASOLINE !!! OK OK the part was $3 and change but with shipping it came to over $ 10 !! How *** stupid's that ???? N now I gotta take the entire machine ( a log splitter ) to a g.d. dealer just to replace that *** rubber button !!! How *** stupid's that !!?????? Damn B.+S. never ever buy anything with the name Briggs+Stratton attached to it ! Better to buy Honda engines instead - they always Start and Run Great !! "F" em !
