Awntech service is no-existant no response after weeks and weeks

Update by user Aug 31, 2011 Better Business Bureau has this company rated "F". If time and money is important to you, stay away from dealing with an ("F" for failure)-rated business. I now own a $1500 worthless piece of junk, that can only be fixed by a company who doesn't care. They have my money, and I have their garbage.. Original review posted by user Aug 31, 2011 We are still waiting after several weeks to be contacted by AWNTECH CUSTOMER SERVICE, to answer what they intend to do about replacing the roll-up gears that failed because of no lubrication. Any normal company would be glad to explain, why there wasn't ONE drop of lubricant in the gear box, and why the gears ground to dust after only 5 weeks of operation. One would also expect that by failing to respond, the only option left is to file several consumer complaints, and to contact the small claims court in Texas, to serve notice, we mean business.
