I had bought a phone from Blackview's official site through AliExpress. There have been at least two issues with the phone. One, phone does not boot up properly sometimes. Two I cannot get 4G or 4G LTE. The lady will not stop asking me for proof. I have already submitted two videos and three pictures and I simply cannot recreate the issues all the time. She continues to ask for videos and photos. She continues to want to troubleshoot the phone. I have gone back and forth with them for nearly a month. They simply will not give a refund for a paid shipping return by me. It is insane. Do not buy anything from Blackview. You will get screwed. User's recommendation: Do not buy Blackview products.
