Upgraded to Quickbooks Desktop Premier 2020. Program wouldn't install. Called tech support, and after 4 hours of remote "help" was told that someone more specialized would call me the next day. No call. I ended up searching Google. In less than two hours my software was up and running. Over a week later and tech support still hasn't called. Glad I didn't wait for them! Love the software, but tech support is a joke! User's recommendation: Don't count on any help from tech support!
