I ordered a transmission on March the 9th 2018 , it arrived at my dealership messed up a bent. So, they couldn't install it, Get Transmissions said we will send out a new one since my dealership wouldn't budge on getting another transmission. The claimed to send out the new transmission in 7 days (put a rush on it) came about a month later.. Anyway second transmission was trash, it took 7000 rpms just to get it out of the garage, they couldn't even get a diagnostic code it was so bad. I called Scott several times to fix this problem, this dude never returns your calls,voice messages, or even emails. Their service is horrible, Lesson to anyone out there, read the reviews first before investing your hard earn money. This situation is still on-going and it's passed the middle of May. Doesn't matter how may times the change their name,it's still trash.
