They cancelled my reservation before my trip and then gave me a credit that only had a limited amount of time to be used. I was not able to visit at the time they suggested and had to forfeit my entire payment. They were not honest during the dispute and referred my to corporate. They told me there was nothing they could do. Unwilling to do the right thing. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
