I called to add my husband and his truck to my policy instead was interrogated regarding other matters and the reason I called was not addressed. Daneen, the agent I'm speaking of from Home insurance LLC, was extremely invasive and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked to be transferred to her manager and they did not return my call.
