Complete waste of time, money and energy. Also pretty sure that the negative reviews on their website get filtered out so I should've checked a website where they can't do that. Thought this would be a better and safer option than Uhaul. They sent me a hitch that they claimed matched up with my car. When I received it, we installed it following the instructions to the best of our ability but it did not have the right holes that matched up with my car. We figured hey maybe it fits different cars and the holes are just options to fit multiple models. So we try to drive 3.5 hours with the hitch and bikes on the back, it bounced and touched the exhaust pipes - I was in a state of panic the whole time afraid that the hitch would knock off the exhaust and destroy my car, our lives and someone else's. SO UNSAFE! But I mistakenly trusted them and the reviews that said this product is great, and fits perfectly... As soon as we got into town I found a professional hitch install company to take a look at it and they confirms that it was not the right part for the car and it was indeed unsafe! I paid them to remove it for me for the sake of everyone's safety. When I contacted customer service, I got delayed with more instructions and told to take pictures where they disregarded what I had to say in order, delayed my refund request and my complaints. On top of that the updated instructions are much more complicated than the reviews on their website. I have to lower the exhaust to install this?? That is not a simple thing to do. Oh so I finally decide I just want a refund and turns out they only refund unused, uninstalled hitches.. How am I supposed to have known it would be such a disaster until after it has been attempted and installed, hello, it is a self-install item to even begin to know if it works. If they do give you a refund for a used hitch, it would be for store credit of about $39 after they subtract shipping and restocking fee...What a waste and no I do not want to buy anything from your company again, why would I want store credit. So basically we bought ourselves about $200 worth of headaches, panic and danger on the highway and a piece of metal that I know not what to do with. At least we didn't die or kill anyone on the road using this supposedly great product, so I guess that's a positive outcome. Absolutely Ridiculous.
