Awful- Don’t Do it

We had them attend a broken boiler. I was told they would be at mine within 2 hours, 4.5 hours later they turned up. They quickly told us the boiler needed to be replaced. We bit the bullet and we keen to just get it fixed and have the hot water back on. The new boiler took 4 weeks to order and they never gave me any updates, I had to chase and chase them. Meanwhile, we had no hot water for 4 weeks and ended up showering at our gyms. When the boiler eventually came, they installed it all and it worked for 2 years. Recently, we had a leak from the new boiler out of what looked like the mains panel. As it was an emergency, we called Pimlico plumbers instead who turned up in 15 minutes. They assessed the boiler and were shock at how it has been installed and all the pipework that fed in and out of it. From a health and safety point of view it was a hazard and should have never been left like it had been. Pimlico plumber was horrified and it turned out that the new boiler was faulty and had actually cracked from the inside. I could have gone back and argued for manufacturers warrantee, but the pain dealing with Plumb force direct just wasn't worth it. Nor did I want them to ever touch my boilers again. My only advice don't use Plumb force direct! They shouldn't be allowed to carry out works.
