Such an awful experience! They reneged on negotiated contract at the last minute! They were hired to drive someone home from hospital after surgery and then told us the day before they actually did not have a car! They said we should hire a taxi! Was not allowed to cancel as they said we had a contract and our CREDIT CARD NUMBER! Then overcharged our credit card and did not respond to complaint for almost TWO weeks! Still will not give the refund to our my credit card. Such an awful experience with Homewatch caregivers. I would really stay away from this company. They do not stick to their portion of the contract!
