Awful Customer Service – Ripped Off

I ordered items around December 15th were back ordered until December 22nd, in hopes of the items arriving before Christmas. Around December 23rd, the charge for the items fell off in my account so I didn’t think anything of it. On December 26th, the charge reappeared (without email notification, or anything of that nature). I immediately called to cancel the order. The customer service representative told me that she would cancel the order and if she was unable to, she would contact me. There was no follow up. I received a shipping confirmation email a day later and the package the day after that. I immediately returned the package. When I contacted the rep again, she said it takes 3 weeks for a refund, although I didn’t want the item in the first place!! Do not purchase from this company, unless you want spontaneous charges and the hassle of having to return items you didn’t know you were receiving!
