Awful customer service and order fulfillment. LATE!LATE!LATE!

Yep. Same issue here. Dress pants arrived a month late and jeans are now 3 weeks late with them saying they may arrive in another 5 weeks. Absolutely NO notice from them that these would be late. Customer service really stinks. When I called, they tried to ship me a completely different style that I did not want. Typical over-promise and under-perform. Done with them. HELLO? Any competition out there ready to do a better job?
