AWFUL customer service and NO warranty

Approximately one month after an assembly of 6 simple IKEA cabinets, I wanted them to return and adjust the doors which were not hanging evenly. Approx 20 phone calls and 3 weeks of my time, they finally lied to me and told me there were other installers there and so there is no warranty. I was on site - a blantant lie to avoid honoring their one year warranty. They are not the cheapest and there is no supervisor or manager to handle ANY customer service. I am STUCK. My client is dissastified and I have no recourse to fix the problem. I hired them because of their warranty.
