I am wondering how Vancouver Clinic gets away with these unfair business practices?? How long before someone will investigate what they are doing to the people that can’t pay all of their at once!!! I had a payment plan and it did not keep working then, the payments that withdrawed didn’t credit then stopped! Then they called and called while working and then I gave a 1/2 payment on the phone for my $149 payment which they lost and somehow. I was driving to work. Then I get a threatening collection letter, now collection and I should only owe $75!! But no way to prove it either!!! Help!!
