Awful Bait and Switch Practices

I went to the website last Spring checking on a flight to Ghana. There was a reasonable flight. I went back a week later and the price was Not Higher... the flight disappeared completely. More recently I was looking for an Alaskan cruise on a particular ship. The cruise was listed on the website. Today, I checked and the particular cruise was gone. I spoke with a support person, explaining what I wantedship, cabin location. His quote was higher than the quote I received from Princess Cruises. To this he replied, give me their quote and let me see if I can MATCH it. It was at this point I realized that I had been duped out of a couple thousand dollars and that I would never receive any benefit. I received an email from this company dated December 31, 2019 informing me that I had one payment remaining. When I called the company, they said there three payments remaining. When I tried to cancel, I was transferred around until I asked why I was required to jump through hoops to cancel a contract where there is no discernible benefit to me? I will ask the governments MWR if they are aware of the practices of this company.
