Well i bought a car from Auto loan finders about 3 wks agok and I have to be honest with my review. I was told on the phone that it would only be 1 1/2 hour process, it turned out to be more like 5 hours. My loan officer, at the time, seemed to be really nice and helpful, which I learned was not true after he got my money.However the Ladies in the business office, especially Amber we great! I got an '08 Sebring and was told what my payments would be and asked if it could be lowered and my loan officer told me yesl, but wouldn't check with the other bank due to the fact that it would be more work on him. After getting the car and driving it on the driveway home I realized it was shaking and the brakes were going bad. I called my loan officer, and he said he would get it fixed, I got everything but the brakes fixed, and called him over a wk and left 5 messages and he never called me back to make arrangements to get my car fixed. I finally had to call Amber and she connected me to the right person to get things corrected. But if your credit is not the best then this is the place to get a car. You will have to put down the tax and tag money, or make sure you have it within 30 days.
