Awful answering system

Called for product information that required the help of a human drug information specialist. Well after several calls and at least 10-15 minutes each call getting looped back to the automated “drug information aide” I was in full blown anger mode. When I called back the 4th time and only yelled representative several time was finally transferred to a human who couldn’t answer my question because the medical team had the day off. It’s not her fault of course but the automatic raintree needs a lot of work. I can only imagine how many people gets frustrated by them! Gone are the days of good help.
