Does this company really exist?? I made an order, on Aug 22, the funds were immediately taken directly from my PayPal account, but I never received an email receipt or confirmation. I haven't received my order or any updates. I tried logging onto the website and I get a message saying my account/email doesn't exist as a user. I tried using the reset password- no account found. I tried using the chat option- there is no one there. No response at all. I tried calling the customer support phone number and it just rings and rings. Not even a recording. I'm feeling I was scammed!!
