Aweful customer service. They sold my seat for a Quebec city tour last moment to another person on a long weekend without notifying me just because I couldnt confirm my attendance one day before the trip. They didnt even refund my money and I had to spend extra time and money without getting on my tour in Montreal on an extremely busy long weekend! Their manager didnt even bother to speak with me or apologize for selling my seat to another person out of their greed!!! Aweful aweful aweful
